Our Team
At Maple Grove Wealth, relationships are at the heart of what we do. That’s why it matters who’s on your side. Meet the team dedicated to helping you feel confident and cared for in every season of your financial story.
Meet the Founder
Brian Reichenbach
Brian didn’t set out to be a financial advisor. While earning his law degree from Vanderbilt, a professor encouraged him to explore advising. More than a decade later, he’s grateful he followed that advice.
What Brian loves most is helping people feel confident in their financial lives. Unlike the adversarial world of law, his work is all about being in his clients’ corner — helping them find clarity, reduce anxiety, and make decisions that reflect their values.
Brian holds multiple certifications (CFP®, J.D., EA, CAP®, CDFA®, CEPA,), making him one of the most credentialed wealth advisors in the Nashville area. But what clients value most is his calm presence and caring approach.
Brian is also deeply committed to giving back, serving on the boards of the Jiselle Lauren Foundation, which provides support for children with disabilities, and ReRoute, which delivers free support to women navigating divorce.
Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Brian now lives in Brentwood, Tennessee, with his wife, Allison (whom he met in law school), and their two daughters, Evelyn and Eleanor. At home, you’ll often find him reading murder mysteries, tackling a puzzle, riding his Peloton, or practicing yoga with Allison. His family’s historic home, Maple Grove, inspired the firm’s name — and its focus on steadiness and clarity.
Meet the Chief of Staff
Carly Oliver
Carly keeps Maple Grove Wealth running smoothly — no small feat given the many moving pieces. Originally from North Carolina, she studied Psychology and Child & Family Studies at the University of Tennessee before an unexpected opportunity led her to a career in finance. It’s become a career she deeply enjoys, especially because it challenges her to keep learning alongside such a talented team.
Clients appreciate Carly’s steady hand and willingness to step in wherever she’s needed. She’s detail-oriented, but also people-focused — making sure both the team and clients feel supported.
Outside the office, Carly is an avid runner and soccer player, a devoted dog mom to Lila and Rambo, and a proud aunt who loves spoiling her nephews, Cayden and Easton. A lifelong Duke fan, she cheers for the Blue Devils, but will also root for the Tennessee Vols.

Katya’s passion for helping people with money started behind a bank teller window. After moving to the U.S. from Belarus in 2003, she earned degrees in finance from the University of Wisconsin and the University of Kansas. But it was her husband’s service in the Army — and seeing soldiers struggle with financial decisions — that solidified her calling to guide families toward financial stability.
Since 2019, Katya has partnered with Brian to help clients make thoughtful, long-term decisions about their investments and financial goals. She’s analytical, but also empathetic — helping families not just grow their wealth, but feel at peace about it.
At home, Katya and her family love traveling, discovering new foods, playing board games, and cozy movie nights together.

Kerianne is the glue that holds Maple Grove together. From compliance and budgeting to client events, she keeps operations running seamlessly. Her background in criminal justice from Middle Tennessee State University sharpened her attention to detail — a skill she now brings to making sure nothing falls through the cracks for clients or the team.
Adaptable and team-oriented, Kerianne thrives in fast-paced environments and loves being part of a group that genuinely cares about the people they serve.
A proud mom of two boys, Cayden and Easton, and dog mom to Smoke and Rocco, Kerianne stays busy outside of work, too. She enjoys reading, painting, gardening, time at the shooting range, and pretty much any activity that gets her outdoors.
